More focused on positive health, holistic and preventative, easy to access. Especially for people at work. They are the backbone of society, yet their workplaces are not stimulating healthy behaviour. That’s why we founded Abum, an optimistic, positive health company. And also because we want to make waves. Our background made us fighters. Now we’re ready to fight unhealthy lifestyles and workplaces.
